RETURNS POLICY

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at Graphenix2022@gmail.com or id line @graphenix within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your name, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request is processed, please promptly send the item(s) back to us.

For your return to be approved, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

– Be in its original condition, which means it should be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.

– Include all accessories, such as straps, strings or logo pendants.

– Have the original tags, garment bags, and/or product packaging intact.

– Be securely packaged in the same box it was originally shipped in or an equally protective outer box.

Please note that items purchased during sales or special promotions are not eligible for returns, and we do not accept in-person returns. For  customers, you are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping. Graphenix bears no liability for the return package, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

– Inform the reason for wanting to return the item on Line id @graphenix

– Attach photos for Returning damaged item

– Return shipping. The customer does not pay for shipping costs in this case. The return was due to a company error

– Refunds/exchanges the item. After checked
